Do You Think That Video Games Are Ruining Society?

I am a heavy gamer, and I see nothing wrong with going on a video game binge for hours on end, but I don’t go out and cap some cops with a sniper rifle. But, apparently, some people do. My question stands: Are video games causing kids to go out and murder people? And, if that’s true, why won’t parents do anything?
